The Army Civil Affairs fights a different type of battle on the international field and needs to train in real-life environments domestically before going down range. Describing their mission, needs and benefits of training in U.S. communities, was no easy task. They clicked off their power points and started directing the leaders and decision makers of communities they want to train in to their new video presentation produced by BackLight.

As a part of the European Command’s Humanitarian a Civic Assistance Program, the U.S. Army Reserve 457th Civil Affairs Battalion, the 375th Engineer Company, U.S. Air Force National Guard 164th Civil Engineer Squadron and the Bulgarian Army collaborate to renovate a kindergarten. The Humanitarian and Civic Assistance Program is a series of medical and engineering engagements in several European countries in support of strategic, theater, operational and tactical objectives. Pre-Mission Training (PMT) Video for Delta Company, 96th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) under the leadership of Major Arnel P. David and 1SG Miguel Espinosa. This PMT was completed prior to Delta Company deploying as the Theater Civil Military Support Element for Special Operations Command - Central (SOCCENT) in 2011.
